Location for St Pancras International was fantastic. Room was very clean, bedding was spotless and the shower was hot and quite powerful.

The location was a little noisy but that was to be expected.

Clean and quiet, so convenient. And they were very accomodating - the desk clerk held my bags after checkout 3 hours. Great choice.

Booked at the last minute due to tube strike. Very pleased with room. Clean and comfortable bed.

It’s good location rooms need to be upgrade looks very dated.

It looks tired new bed sheets and lick of paint. Location and staff great very clean.

Cockroach in bathroom. Never seen a cockroach in England. Made me paranoid in the room and difficult to sleep

The staff were very good at their jobs.

The room was too small, it does not reflect the image used in publicity. They rushed us out of the room before check out time! Not a good experience to leave like that.

An excellent location - very reasonably priced. It is still Kings Cross, so you still have a few “dodgy types” about, but it is London. For my purposes it was perfect as I stayed overnight and wanted something near Kings Cross. Would use it again.

Beds are very comfortable, decoration is fine. I always sleep very well here. All showers work. Some take longer to warm up, but they all work. Thank you again!
