For the money, this is excellent value, The room is basic and the furniture cheap, but the bed was clean and the room was clean, and it was an ensuite, which was clean, so no grumbles at all. It is smack-bag in the middle of Kings Cross so great for work. Will book again.

I don't have any complaints. It is noisy, I suppose, being on the main Euston road, with its corresponding gaggle of "interesting' characters hanging about. I suggest earplugs in that case.

Location is great, staff are always friendly. Great value compared to other hotels in the area. If you need somewhere that does the basics, this is it.

Very little not to like. For the price, and location, it's ideal.

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
Stayed only few hours night sleep. The location is 2 minutes walk to King’s Cross station so it’s a worry free stay if you travel on a train early morning! The room does all necessary things needed including clean shower and towels, kettle for hot drinks and WiFi (didn’t use but good to have anyway).
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
Not a pleasant smell in communal areas. Although it’s a non smoking room, I guess some guests didn’t respect. Inside the room was fine though.

I forgot expensive items and the hotel keep them safe until my arrival ! The team made my day 😭

Amazing value at £98 for two nights. Double room clean and neat. Bathroom and shower equally clean. Staff very polite, friendly and professional.

To be frank, the pillows were rather too firm.

I've stayed here several times over the last couple of years . It's very convenient for King's Cross and I always feel welcome.

Room was clean and perfectly functional for my 1 night stay before my onward journey to Heathrow from Kings Cross - would definitely stay again

I didn't use the wifi as when I tried I had a warning that it was an unsecured network

Close to the stations,and cheap. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

What's not to like? It's great value, and gives you a comfortable bed in London at prices that are far cheaper than elswhere.

I loved the location and the room was simple but had everything I needed. The room was clean and the service was great each day.

The property is simple and rooms could be considered small. The walls are also thin, which made it loud at night which would be difficult for anyone sensitive to noise.

Despite the tininess of the room, (this photo is definitely not what we stayed in), we lked the bed. The pillow was hard and uncomfortable.
