What is your cancellation policy?
At the Carlton, European and Belgrove Hotels we require 48 hours cancellation notice otherwise one nights charge will be made.
At the Seven Dials Hotel we require 72 hours cancellation notice otherwise one nights charge will be made.
If cancelled or modified within 48 hours of the arrival date 100% of the first night will be charged.
Do you take payment when a reservation is made?
No. We use your credit card details as a guarantee only. You can pay on arrival by cash, credit or debit card.
It looks like the hotel has charged my card before my arrival, why is this?
We may take a pre authorisation on your card to check if your card is valid to guarantee your reservation. This is not a charge, this process freezes the amount (usually equivalent to one nights stay) in your account for 2 to 4 weeks (depending on your bank) and then the money is automatically returned to you.
What time can I check in?
Check in time is from 3 pm onwards. If you arrive before 3pm and the room is ready you can check in early. Otherwise you can leave your luggage with us at the hotel and check in at a later time.
What time do I need to check out?
Check out time is 11 am. You can leave your luggage with us for the day in our luggage storage area free of charge. Guests leave luggage at their own risk.
I will arrive very late to the hotel, will there be a problem to check in late?
All of our hotels are open 24 hours. Guests can check in at any time.
Does your hotel have a lift?
The Carlton Hotel is the only hotel in our group that has a lift but not all rooms at the hotel have access to the lift.
Are cots available?
Yes cots are available upon request for young children under the age of 3 years old. Please request cots in advance.
