Location is great, staff are all friendly, rooms have exactly what you need.

There is not much not to like when you get value for money like this. The area is noisy, but that is the nature of the location, and not a fault of the hotel.

Location for St Pancras International was fantastic. Room was very clean, bedding was spotless and the shower was hot and quite powerful.

The location was a little noisy but that was to be expected.

Clean and quiet, so convenient. And they were very accomodating - the desk clerk held my bags after checkout 3 hours. Great choice.

Booked at the last minute due to tube strike. Very pleased with room. Clean and comfortable bed.

It’s good location rooms need to be upgrade looks very dated.

The staff were very good at their jobs.

The room was too small, it does not reflect the image used in publicity. They rushed us out of the room before check out time! Not a good experience to leave like that.
