Room was clean and perfectly functional for my 1 night stay before my onward journey to Heathrow from Kings Cross - would definitely stay again

I didn't use the wifi as when I tried I had a warning that it was an unsecured network

Close to the stations,and cheap. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

What's not to like? It's great value, and gives you a comfortable bed in London at prices that are far cheaper than elswhere.

I loved the location and the room was simple but had everything I needed. The room was clean and the service was great each day.

The property is simple and rooms could be considered small. The walls are also thin, which made it loud at night which would be difficult for anyone sensitive to noise.

Despite the tininess of the room, (this photo is definitely not what we stayed in), we lked the bed. The pillow was hard and uncomfortable.

The room was very lean and tidy. Located in The Annexe, and not too much to disturb sleep.

Easy access to Kings Cross. Comfy bed and bathroo was ok. I’ve been here before and I knew it would be good for me.

Staff was very helpful especially Stephanie. She is sweet. We enjoyed our stay very much and will def come back.

Housekeeping didn't provide new towels when asked for. We dropped the dirty ones on the bathroom floor but didn't get new ones. Just the old ones picked up and put on the towel hanger again.
