Brilliant spot for getting to St Pancras for an early Eurostar. Everything is clean, linen nice. Staff very welcoming. Nice to have some basic complimentary tea & coffee facilities.

This particular room (annexe, room 11) would be *unbearably* hot in a heatwave - it was very hot when I arrived, but by propping the door open while the sun set (it shines directly in through a lovely large sash window) and leaving the window open overnight, it returned to a reasonable temperature. It would definitely benefit from some air-conditioning in the hottest weather.

Not possible to turn on fan while turning off light. Floor space less than photo.

The accommodation and staff we fantastic I've stayed here three or four times now the place which it is situwaited is brilliant me and my family go to meny of the attractions from there using buses and the underground and everybody around the area is always very happy to help you find your way

Lovely little room with a fan Staff were nice Location was good and central but at night there were a few dodgy characters on that street. Good shower

After midnight a few characters but if you aren’t out that late you are fine The light in the shower worked off movement and would go off even when I was in the shower - wasn’t a game changer you just had to stick your hand out of the shower to set it back on

Can't fault i for value for money. It does what you need it to, and the staff are fabulous.

Ideal location, for both trains and underground.

Value for money is great. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Location is brilliant.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
For the value, there is very little to be negative about. If you need a hotel in Central London, expect some exterior noise - that's not the hotel's fault.

After my first stay and the fact I needed to stay shorter then planned the team offers support for my next booking. Thank you so much for your support. The rooms are clean and tidy. The prize was fair for London Hotels. The location is great, close to King's Cross/St. Pancras. Therefore it's great opportunity to easy around London from there.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
Since to hotel is located in one of the busiest streets of London please be aware that it can be loud even during nights. This is not in the hand of the hotel but it should be considered when looking for hotels.

Simple but comfortable room. Clean sheets for a short stay in a great area in London. I would choose it again.

It seemed out of date and old.

Great location, and especially useful coming off a late Eurostar

No plug for the bathtub so I had to make efforts to find one. But I did eventually through the kind cleaner.

Irt is CHEAP. Really good for the price I think, considering it is central London. It is clean. Yes, it is tatty. But it had an ensuite, an working fan, the bedclothes, toilet, walls, floor were clean. That's all I need for one nifght on a work stayover.

Bit noisy this time. but I have earplugs.
